Purpose of Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well established and reputable market leading company selling a highly desirable and effective product. You will be required to carry out conservatory roof upgrade sales activities, securing on the day sales, ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this our customers require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity.

The position will suit self-motivated professional sales people, who will be given appointments for and access to active warm leads and the flexibility to generate your own new business. All appointments are pre-confirmed once they have been generated by in house marketing. You will be working regionally based on your location. You will need to drive and have access to a car for this position which is office and field based

As Part of Our Sales and Marketing Team You Are Required To

  • Visit potential and existing customers in their homes. (As professional people our sales advisors are expected to be smartly presented at all times).
  • Establish rapport and conduct a thorough professional presentation of the company products to customers, explaining and highlighting their benefits and value relevant to the customers’ needs to make a sale.
  • Carry out an inspection of the customer’s conservatory and take accurate measurements and photographs.
  • Prepare and present accurate cost calculations and present quotations.
  • Negotiate on price specifications, overcoming objections to achieve agreement and close sales. (Elite Warm Roof Sales Advisors typically achieve a 40% conversion rate).
  • Properly and competently complete and present sales order forms for customer signature and submit these for processing to the sales office in a timely manner.
  • Make completion calls and visits to existing customers to maintain good customer relationships, generating customer referrals and new sales. · Proactively generate sales on your own initiative
  • Participate in sales marketing events and activities.
  • Attend team meetings, sharing best practice with colleagues, reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Education and Experience
  • Knowledge and experience of principles and practices of direct sales
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant computer use and applications
  • An understanding of the window/door/conservatory and replacement conservatory roof products
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Numerate and Literate to GCSE standard

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience of principles and practices of direct sales
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant computer use and applications
  • An understanding of the window/door/conservatory and replacement conservatory roof products

Working Hours

Sales Advisors will be required to be active for at least 5 days in every week for a minimum of 8 hours each day either attending appointments, following up on after sales activity, self-generation activity, attending meetings or representing the company at relevant sales events. This includes weekends. Days off will need to be booked off in advance with the Sales manager in order to maintain availability of Sales Advisors for daily appointments and activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well established and reputable market leading company selling a highly desirable and effective product. You will be required to carry out conservatory roof upgrade telesales activities, booking appointments for our friendly professional sales team, discussing the requirements of customers and advising on the best solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this our customers require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity. The position will suit self-motivated professional telesales people, who will be given customer enquiry data to create active warm leads. Our customer data is sourced through Google advertising, Social Media Marketing, Local Exhibitions and Shows and Advertising. You will be working from our offices in St Neots as part of a small, friendly focussed team.

As Part of Our TeleSales and Marketing Team You Are Required To

  • Create appointments from company data provided.
  • Establish rapport and conduct a thorough professional telephone presentation of the company products to customers, explaining and highlighting their benefits and value relevant to the customers’ needs to make an appointment.
  • Discuss approximate cost calculations and options.
  • Properly and competently complete lead diaries and manage data using our internal systems.
  • Make customer care calls to existing customers to maintain good customer relationships, generating customer referrals and new sales leads.
  • Participate in sales marketing events and activities.
  • Attend team meetings, sharing best practice with colleagues, reviewing your own marketing and sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Education and Experience

TeleSales Advisors will be required to be active for at least 5 days in every week for a minimum of 8 hours each day either making or booking appointments, following up on after sales activity, attending meetings or representing the company at relevant sales events. This may include some Saturday’s. Days off will need to be booked off in advance with the Marketing manager.

Benefits · Basic Wage, generous commission and bonus structure · OTE earnings realistically in excess of £35,000 for motivated individuals.

You will be required to carry out conservatory roof upgrade installations included our award winning Warm Roof PRO conservatory roofing system, ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this our customers require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity. The position will suit self-motivated experienced friendly people who can demonstrate a high level of pride in their work.

As Part of Our Professional Installation Team You Are Required To

As installer you will be required to install our own manufactured  Tiled Conservatory Warm Roof, The WARM ROOF PRO to a very high standard, therefore experience and good set of skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience of fitting Solid conservatory roofs (conversions or timber based replacements)
  • Own tools
  • A friendly manner towards customers and fellow staff and excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A clean UK driving licence
  • Self – employed
  • An awareness of Health & Safety
